How to Make Your PSN Profile Public

So we can show your trophies and stats on our platform.

  • 🚫 You don't need to own a PS3 or Vita — you can manage all your trophies from newer consoles.
Why This Is Important

If your profile looks empty, or some games/trophies are missing — you've likely hidden them by mistake in your privacy settings OR set your profile privacy settings to private. But no worries — here's how to fix it fast.

PS5
  1. Go to Settings (⚙️ top-right of the main screen).
  2. Select Users and Accounts, go to Privacy.
  3. Tap View and Customize Your Privacy Settings.
  4. Scroll to Who can see your gaming history, set it to Anyone.
  5. Below that, tap Hide your games from other players.
  6. Make sure everything is turned OFF — no games should be hidden.
  7. This unhides your PS5, PS4, PS3, and Vita trophies.
  8. Done? Now earn any new trophy in any game — even a bronze one.
  9. You're good! Your profile will sync shortly.
PS4 (Best for managing all games, including PS3 and Vita)
  1. Go to Settings, then Account Management.
  2. Tap Privacy Settings, log in with your PSN details.
  3. Choose Gaming | Media, then Gaming History, set it to Anyone.
  4. Go back, and choose Hidden Games.
    • You'll see 3 tabs: PS4, PS3 & Vita, and maybe more.
    • Uncheck everything so nothing is hidden.
  5. Press Confirm, exit settings.
  6. Now earn any new trophy. Done!
PlayStation App
  1. Open the app →tap your profile pic (top-left).
  2. Tap Privacy, log in if asked.
  3. Go to Gaming | Media.
  4. Set Gaming History to Anyone.
  5. Tap Hidden Games, uncheck anything that's hidden.
  6. Earn any new trophy in any game. That's it!
Final Step (For All Methods)
  • 🏆 You need to earn 1 new trophy to verify your profile updates correctly.
  • 🔁 Once you do, your updated data will appear on our platform automatically.
Bonus Tip

If you recently changed your PSN name, make sure you entered your new username on our platform — otherwise, your trophies may not show up yet. It may take up to 24h to sync.
